Opportunities  to develop skills women never knew they had.  The members are trained for each task through the Junior League, and experience is invaluable.  Every year of participation allows a member's competence and confidence to grow.  Many members are now involved in careers that evolved as a direct result of League experiences.  The knowledge that one is part of a powerful network of women that is making a difference in the community and internationally is rewarding.  Of course, the friends made through League work are of immeasurable value.

The League also offers -

• Training for effective community leadership, including advocacy, community research, fundraising, finance, leadership, public relations, and personal development
• Working with other women to create a positive community change
• Access to community leaders, new friends, and creative ideas
• Exposure to creative strategies in problem solving and administration of a non-profit organization
• Ability to transfer membership to other Junior Leagues
