JLA Cookbook – Beyond the Hedges

There is perhaps no more quintessential form of entertaining in Athens than tailgating. Taking place “between the hedges” of the beloved Sanford Stadium, this tradition has become much more than a mere sandwich and cold drink, leaning against the back of a car.

This cookbook takes the reader “Beyond the Hedges” and into the kitchens of Athens, on a culinary journey beginning with those Savory Saturdays in autumn and enduring flavors that continue to delight and nourish throughout the year. Keep up with all Cookbook activities HERE.

Books can be purchased through our online store and many local Athens retailers.
